Kent has been designing and managing Healthcare projects with large MEP consulting firms throughout the country and now brings his 20 years of experience to serve the market place in a more intimate fashion.
We know using a full service MEP firm for the project documentation portion of a project is a necessity. However, there are many situations where an outside, independent professional is needed.
We are proud to serve the Architectural, Contractor and Hospital Owner direct communities with an experience level and personal attention that seems to be vacant in today’s professional world.
We have a large umbrella of services to offer. For example, an Architect may need assistance with a Third Party review of document drawings or help with Architectural/Engineering Coordination of the documents. A Contractor made need a proven Commissioning Agent or on site engineering support to help find problems and offer solutions before they become major problems. And a Hospital Owner may need an independent assessment of the facility HVAC systems or a pricing narrative to replace an underground fuel oil tank.
