Clear Lake Medical Center in Webster, Texas scope includes modifications to the existing building and new 4 story Hospital Tower (with two additional future floor expansion) and a new Central Energy Plant. 
A new 4 level tower at 161,315 sf is designed for the existing campus which includes Cardiac Rehab, Education Material Management, CEP,  OR suite, Cardiac Cath suite, CV/ICU, Recovery and Preparation areas, two Med Surg. Floors, and a Critical Care Unit. Major additions to the existing building include NICU with a connector at 24,400 sf.  Major renovations include over 7,000 sf.
