Architectural/Engineering Design Coordination:
Coordination between Architectural, MEP and the MEP Structural elements are critical to ensure that no coordination surprises occur during construction. However, coordination is not a one time process. We review at the Schematic, Design Development and Construction Document phases to minimize last minute document changes and costly schedule slippage. |

Pre-Design Services:
Understanding our client’s goals and objectives is the most important aspect of our services. Needs assessments, and identification of the available capacities of the MEP systems that are available prior to a major renovation or addition are paramount components. |

Third Party MEP Review:
Having another set of eyes reviewing the technical aspects of the project drawings can be an invaluable part of a successful project. The Third Party review can not only catch potential design flaws, but can also provide the most cost efficient design for its owner. We pride ourselves in the ability to work with the MEP design team; not against them for a positive collaborative experience. |

Pricing Narrative:
Some projects are more engineering intensive than architectural. We can provide an engineering narrative for a defined scope of work that can then be given to a contractor for budgetary pricing or, solicited to MEP firms for competitive bidding. |
Schematic Design Narrative:
Some clients rather have an independent Consultant perform the Schematic Design Services for their projects. Most find that they enjoy a cost savings in this approach as it takes the large SD based fee away form the general contract. This also affords the option of competitive bidding based on a defined scope. |

Feasibility Studies:
An evaluation or analysis of the potential impact of a proposed project or program is a necessity in today’s world of high healthcare cost. We can provide a study that is not only effective but cost effective as well. |
Constructability Analysis:
Today’s projects are becoming increasingly more complex, constructability analysis is not an option but an indispensable element of the design process. When properly executed it will identify cost savings and minimize delays, disputes and claims during construction. |

Strategic Facility Planning:
Long term planning and strategies will completely miss the mark if the HVAC systems are not processed accordingly. Clients want to partner with their consultants every step of the way so that the facility component makes sense with the programming of long term measures. |

Master Planning:
Facility Master Plan provides a framework for the scheduled implementation of capital projects within your financial resource availability. We can help put all the HVAC systems together for the most efficient and logical systems and to allow for future campus growth. |
